This was the first time Marcus was my technician and he truly excelled at this job. Seemed to enjoy crawling around on my dirty floor looking for signs of infestation and using his tools to prevent further problems. You can tell he’s proud of the job he’s doing. He should be.

Marlon did the initial visit a few days ago, here in Lansdowne, and he was VERY thorough and full of great information too. He sprayed the outside (for insects), closed up a big hole with copper mesh, told me how to find and close up smaller holes, looked in the basement for access holes, set snap traps and bait traps in the basement, first floor, and my study (on second floor). No glue traps per my request). He was very patient and personable and reassuring, and left me with great instructions about what *I* need to do before his next visit. Can’t recommend him highly enough. All hail Marlon!!

I first started by inspecting the interior for your home for any rodent & insect activity, rodent activity was found on the first floor & basement. I added 7 interior bait stations , 4 in the basement on all four corners & 2 on the first floor & one in the bedroom as requested I also added an exterior bait station in the rear of your home. I sprayed a liquid treatment throughout the entire house to help with any insects that you’ve been experiencing. I then knocked down any Cobb webs & old wasp nest then applied a different liquid application around exterior foundations, doors, windowsills, and under siding. This application will help to control any ants and spring/summer invaders. Please allow 2 weeks for full effect of treatment. If any issues arise, please give us a call. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (16) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. I will return in 10 days to install the rest of the stations. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this time period is normal and should be expected. With your permission, I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home at the site of yellow jackets. This was done as a courtesy due to safety concerns and does not include any type of warranty pertaining to stinging insects or general pests.
