(Four corners of basement. Kitchen sink. Under deck) A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home . Installation of termite bait stations .(all four corners) An inspection of interior: Bait stations were replaced in the basement, one in each corner, one under the kitchen sink. An inspection of the exterior: Utility lines going into the foundation/crawlspace have gaps around them. There is damage to the window underneath the deck in the back of the house. I packed what I could with copper mash, but this is only a temporary solution. Expanding insulation foam could fill the voids and seal these holes better. I started by inspecting the basement and the detached garage as well as mulch beds and around the foundation for termites. I did not find any termite activity. I installed four termite monitors in the corners of your home to monitor for possible future termite activity. I also looked in your attic as well as inspecting inside your home. During my inspection, I did not find any evidence of any biting insects. You did show me a picture of a mite that was a bird mite. As we discussed, we cannot treat for them. I placed two exterior rodent bait stations to monitor and control the rodent population.
