It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (16) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line, thresholds, doors, windows and eaves. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants, spiders and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I placed 2 large exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home and 7 throughout the interior. 1 in the living room, 1 in the attic, 2 in the kitchen, and 3 in the basement. These will assist in eliminating and preventing rodent infestations. It is believed that the source of the mice are the bird feeder

After my inspection, determined to treat the interior of your home with a liquid residual product to protect against all general pests. I also removed all spiderwebs around the exterior and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. Additionally, I installed 4 termite monitoring stations, one at each corner of the home, as we discussed. We will follow up with service again with you in 30 days. Today completed your initial pest control service. I have inspected the basement for signs of pest activity and termite activity which was found. I then inspected the exterior and found no signs of activity outside. I then placed four termite monitors at the four corners of the house to monitor for termite activity and, treated exterior foundation, windows and doors with a liquid residual treatment. Hi Sir it was nice to meet you. I completed your quarterly pest control service today . A bait trap was given to you to put on the windowsill where you’re seeing the odorous house an activity. Outside, I first checked the hole that’s going underneath the rear of your room and I suspect it’s either a skunk or an opossum. Both are not threatening to people other than maybe the skunk if you cornered it with you present, I buried the hole with cement and will see what happens.. I activity off your home with the web tool and check your rodent stations outside. Both were empty of all the material so I replenished them and now they are ready for any mice or rodents that come their way. outside on the façade I found the odorous house ants trailing up, same and going into cracks in the brick face in close proximity to the area where you’re seeing them inside. I thoroughly treated the exterior of your home with liquid residual material. Please allow 14 days for the material applied to agitat
