Hi Sir it was nice to meet you. I completed your quarterly pest control service today . A bait trap was given to you to put on the windowsill where you’re seeing the odorous house an activity. Outside, I first checked the hole that’s going underneath the rear of your room and I suspect it’s either a skunk or an opossum. Both are not threatening to people other than maybe the skunk if you cornered it with you present, I buried the hole with cement and will see what happens.. I activity off your home with the web tool and check your rodent stations outside. Both were empty of all the material so I replenished them and now they are ready for any mice or rodents that come their way. outside on the façade I found the odorous house ants trailing up, same and going into cracks in the brick face in close proximity to the area where you’re seeing them inside. I thoroughly treated the exterior of your home with liquid residual material. Please allow 14 days for the material applied to agitat

Good afternoon, my name is Mark and it was pleasure speaking with you. I’m here to perform your your first Premium Pest Control Service. The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) and eaves with a liquid residual application. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. I also inspected the exterior& interior bait stations for rodent activity. Both exterior bait stations were empty and none of the interior bait stations had activity. I placed an interior bait station in the crawl space, one behind the furnace, in the furnace closet, and one in the laundry room, on the side of the dryer or the washer. Good morning. Nice speaking with you. Today I did your pest control service. I inspected interior kitchen and crawlspace for mice. Moved bait stations around in crawlspace and refilled rodent station in crawlspace with new bait. Plugged up 2 holes in crawlspace I could find. Recommend cleaning out crawlspace of any old debris to help control as well. New bait added to exterior bait station also, moderate feeding. I knocked down and cobb webs around exterior of home where accessible. Next I applied a liquid application around entire exterior foundations, windowsills, doorways, under siding, and soffit areas. Hello. Today we completed your Termite Annual Protection Plan inspection. Inspected exterior of home and found no signs of current termite activity at this time. Recommend removing wooden lattice and ivy from around home as this may attract termites to your home. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions.
It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I installed (13) termite bait stations around the perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite infestations. It can take up to 90 days from the start of feeding to fully eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period is normal and should be expected. I placed 2 large rodent stations around the exterior of the home as well as 5 smaller stations throughout the interior of the home. 1 under stove, 1 in basement, 1 in crawl space, and 2 in garage. I pre baited a few snap traps in the basement and crawl to help get mice used to these new traps. I inspected for any possible entry points. Possible entry would be under siding and through back vent that was loose. I applied a copper mesh around that vent to help eliminate this travel point.
