Good afternoon! Nice to meet you today. I was here for your initial pest service. Rats are very active in the detached garage and chicken coop area. I placed bait stations where droppings were the heaviest. They will feed on the bait over the next few weeks. You will see a decrease slowly over this time period. The gap along garage door and the door leading into the coop should be addressed. Manage the chicken food as best you can to limit food source. I installed termite monitors to your home. Good morning, I was here today to complete your first quarterly pest control service. I inspected and replenished the rodent bait stations on the outside of your home, they all showed high activity. I inspected and replenish the mouse bait stations on the inside of your garage that was Left from previous pest control company. The two mouse bait stations in the garage were empty and were replenished. I added two more mouse bait stations inside garage. I inspected the mouse bait stations in both attic spaces. All showed no activity. I inspected the overflow for the infinity pool for dead mice as instructed, none were observed. There was a dead squirrel. It was removed during my inspection for mice. I inspected the exterior foundation of your home and around the exterior walls for termite damage or activity and for pest or rodent activity or penetration points. No termite damage or activity noted on exterior. Several possible rodent and pest entry points could be seen around your home including back door to garage. Holes underneath the home at foundation level. And utility holes in walls of the garage. I used copper wire mesh to fill holes of the appropriate size. I inspected the interior of your home, including kitchen and basement for termite damage or activity and pest and rodent activity. No termite damage along the Roof in the basement and no termite activity noted at this time. Pest activity included spiders in the basement as well as light rodent feces in the basement and underneath the sink in the kitchen. I placed five mouse bait stations inside your home, two in the garage, two i
