When I called Green Pest I was immediately greeted by a nice woman on the phone who was cheerful and helpful. She transferred me over to Jordan Boggs who provided me with a quote. Jordan was knowledgeable, honest and was patient as I asked him many questions. He kept me informed with an appointment date reminder and welcomed me to ask any questions if I had any remaining. He was very friendly and helpful. Daniel was responsive and advised when he would be at my apartment and arrived on time. He was very thorough in explaining the process and what areas he would be targeting. He was very professional, kind, friendly and he took all of my concerns seriously and helped ease my mind as I have a small child and ensured there will be no harm returning to the home after the waiting period. When Daniel was done, he sent me a text and reminded me about the wait period and if there was any questions to give him a call. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I started off by dusting for cobwebs around the exterior of the home. I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. I refilled the exterior stations, which had minimal to moderate activity.
