When I called Green Pest I was immediately greeted by a nice woman on the phone who was cheerful and helpful. She transferred me over to Jordan Boggs who provided me with a quote. Jordan was knowledgeable, honest and was patient as I asked him many questions. He kept me informed with an appointment date reminder and welcomed me to ask any questions if I had any remaining. He was very friendly and helpful. Daniel was responsive and advised when he would be at my apartment and arrived on time. He was very thorough in explaining the process and what areas he would be targeting. He was very professional, kind, friendly and he took all of my concerns seriously and helped ease my mind as I have a small child and ensured there will be no harm returning to the home after the waiting period. When Daniel was done, he sent me a text and reminded me about the wait period and if there was any questions to give him a call. Today I completed your one time service for fleas. It was nice to meet and speak with you today. After an inspection I starting treating your apartment. I used an aerosol on all furniture such as your chair, couch, cushions, underneath your bed, on cushions and pillows. A liquid residual treatment was applied throughout apartment on all baseboards, all carpeted areas, and in all closets. As we spoke about, keep up the excellent cleaning, vacuuming, treating your cats, & with our treatments we should get ahead of your flea issue within the next 10-14 days. Allow 2-4 hours to dry, and upon re-entry wipe away any excess liquid that may be present on floors. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns. Today I completed your quarterly premium pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached garage, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached garage, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected the three exterior RBS and there was heavy rodent activity in the station on the right hand side of the home and near the AC unit but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed.
