I called the company after 5:30 pm as we had an emergency with yellow jackets in our basement crawl space and needed the problem solved as we had a technician from PSE&G coming the next day to do work in that area. I was given a price and was told the technician could be at our house at 7:30 am the next morning. They were courteous, prompt and did the job with a 30 day guarantee if we saw any more bee activity. Mission accomplished. Bees are gone. Price was good considering I needed them almost immediately. I would highly recommend them.

Hello! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for ants. Upon arrival you showed me areas of concern which were the bathrooms, kitchen, and downstairs sliding door. Previous activity was seen in the bathrooms. During my exterior inspection, I found ants trailing along whole perimeter of home. I applied an ant gel to cracks and crevice to bath room toilets, back living doors and electrical sockets in kitchen. I also applied some ant gel to exterior trails around perimeter of home. I started exterior treatment by removing visible cobwebs using my Webster pole and installing termite monitors to 4-corners of home. I also treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves. I applied ant gel bait to the cracks and crevices for ants. I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property as a preventative for all general pests. Then I applied another liquid treatment to your house interior and the apartment interior. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for best results of the product. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your pest control initial service. You reported that there were many spiders in the home. I treated the interior of the home with a liquid residual for spider control. During my time at your home, I noticed that there were lots of shrubs that were very close to home. Trimming the shrubs and vegetation that is against the home 12 inches away will aid treatment as it will help stop spiders and other insects from getting over treated areas and into the home at higher levels. Cleaning the gutters will stop ants, springtails and many other insects from nesting in the gutters making it difficult for diagnosis and treatment purposes. It will also help the home dispose of rainwater away from the home keeping it drier in the soil around the home. A drier home has less insect incursion as insects like wetter conditions.
