My only concern is that Chris didn't come inside where our other guy always did and I commented that he usually comes in and he said if we see no action inside he doesn't have to.

I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with the house and ensure mulch levels stay below the edge of the siding.
