My only concern is that Chris didn't come inside where our other guy always did and I commented that he usually comes in and he said if we see no action inside he doesn't have to.

This is a non repellent solution that works when the termites come into contact with it. Allow 90 days for optimal results with this treatment. I placed two rodent bait stations behind a dishwasher and one in the bathroom closet to monitor and control rodent activity. I also placed several snap traps and glue boards around the kitchen in living room to also control rodent activity. Today I inspected and serviced all interior and exterior rodent bait devices. Moderate rodent activity noted at this time in the basement and heavy activity noted on the exterior. I did look in the attic, however, I was not able to pull myself up through the ceiling, so I did a visual inspection from the opening, and I noticed a lot of squirrel droppings.I recommend reaching out to wildlife remediation company to have them come out and take a look.
