Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire home along the baseboards as a preventative for general pest. Next I inspected and replaced all 5 glue Boards in the basement due to minimal pest activities. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a couple of wasp nest were noticed during today's service that I treated and removed. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. You reported no issues interior so I treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached shed, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property & detached shed as a preventative for all general pests. Next I inspected both exterior RBS and there was minimal rodent activity in both stations but heavy slug activity around the back, but I placed fresh bait in both stations as needed. Last I inspected the two exterior termite monitor around the property and there were no signs of termite activity found during today’s visit, but I installed an additional two to have a total of four.
