Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed the premium plus pest control quarterly service. I inspected all the interior rodent stations. There was no activity at all. The one in the living room he wanted me to move because of the dog, I moved it to underneath the kitchen sink. I inspected all the entry points that I had filled on the exterior. The home has no termite history, nor does it have any activity at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. Greenix is currently treating the exterior and when you discontinue with them, we will pick up where they left off. I placed rodent stations in the kitchen, living area, basement, crawlspace, garage, and attic. These will kill and control rodents. Both garage doors need replacement weatherstripping at the bottom. I inspected the rest of the home for any entry points. I found four and filled them with copper mesh. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. You reported carpenter bees and sometimes ants at the back door. We also spoke about the homes termite history and there was none. There also was no termite activity. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. They will be inspected every quarterly service for activity. I dusted the home for any visible cobwebs. I treated all of the eaves for carpenter bees with a liquid residual. I inspected for any possible pest entry points or activity. There were a few carpenter bees hovering around and I found 2 possible entry points on the ac unit condenser lines. I filled them with copper mesh. I treated the exterior with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal insect control. Please allow 14 days to see the best results.
