This will prevent seasonal pest activity. I also, knocked down all visible cobwebs. Rodent bait station outback was inspected and refilled there was heavy activity. Good morning, today I was here and completed your quarterly pest control service visit. After briefly speaking with you at the front door, I got started on the exterior of the home by checking both rodent bait stations. Both showed moderate activity and were replaced with new bait. I then took down cobwebs around the perimeter and finally applied a liquid treatment for general pests around the foundation, around windows and doorways. I knocked down any visible spider webs, and I serviced your exterior rodent bait station and found minimal activity so I replaced the bait. I then applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation of your home 2 foot up and 2 foot out, I also treated around the windows and doors for seasonal pests. Hello! Today I performed your quarterly pest service.I started by brushing down any spiderwebs, maintaining exterior rodent bait stations (as well as the smaller stations in the garage), and inspecting the exterior of the home and detached garage. I then treated the perimeter foundation of both buildings with a liquid residual product for General pest control. During treatment I also inspected for termites around the exterior of the home. It appears as though the home had been treated sometime ago. Most of the area around the rear of the home is hard-scaped and after checking under paving stones, through mulching, and under siding, I did not see any signs of activity around the main home. The garage had signs of older activity but whatever I found was dry and no longer active. I also checked any wood to ground contact around the main home and did not see any notable deterioration or termite signs.I did not note any pest activity at this time and the exterior of the home as well as land

Good morning, today I completed your quarterly pest control service visit. After speaking with you, no interior issues were notated although some carpenter bees have been spotted. I started by checking the foundation for any pest activity as well as taking down any cobwebs around the perimeter. Afterwards, I applied a liquid residual treatment along the foundation, underneath siding, around windows, along reachable eaves. I also applied all the way up along the trim on the back half of the home. Please allow 10 to 14 days in order to see any decrease in pest activity. Hello. Today we completed your Termite Annual Protection Plan inspection.
Good afternoon, today I was here and completed your best initial inspection. I started on the interior of the home I placed for ant bait stations as requested along the kitchen counter. On the exterior, first I placed copper mesh wire on the right side of the home where the tubing from the AC unit enter the home. The reason being, just to eliminate any unwanted pest activity or entrance points. Next I took down cobwebs around the perimeter of the home to the best of my ability. I knocked down one paper wasp nest on the back half of the home. Afterwards I applied a liquid treatment How long the entire foundation, around windows, underneath eaves on first and second floor as well as around any doorways and entry points.
