I inspected the basement and found termite tubes at the front left corner under the porch by the window. I installed the Sentricon termite bait system around the exterior perimeter of your house, detached garage, and shed. This product will help control both existing and potential termite activity. Within approximately 90 days of the termites feeding on the bait the entire colony will be eliminated. Please be aware that swarming is still possible and normal. There is no need to spray chemicals on them. A simple home vacuum will easily remove any swarmers. It is recommended to cut back any vegetation touching or close to the house.
