Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your quarterly service. I inspected around the home for potential entry points. I found an opening under the steps leading to the back yard. I didnt seal this opening per your request, in fear of trapping rats under the home. I placed a bait box in the back yard to monitor and combat activity. Once activity drops, we can seal the opening with copper mesh. I also applied a liquid treatment to the foundation of the front and back targeting ants and other general pests. Please allow one to two weeks for treatment to take effect. If you notice rat activity after two weeks, I recommend calling us to check the bait box.
