After my inspection, I determined to place a large rodent station in the rear of your home. I also placed a mouse bait station behind your stove. I also removed all visible spiderwebs from the exterior and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. Additionally, I installed four termite monitoring stations. One at each corner of your property. I did not notice any issues today. However, I would recommend trimming back some of the vegetation around your home, at least 12 inches away from the foundation in order for us to be able to provide the most effective treatment.
