After my inspection, I determined to place three large rodent bait stations around the exterior of your property. I also placed three mouse bait stations in the basement. Two by the doors that are leading to the exterior. And one on the ledge behind the hot water heater. I also removed all spiderwebs from the exterior and treated the perimeter of the property, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. Additionally, I installed for termite monitoring stations. One at each corner on the exterior. The third floor tenant reported having no issues. The second floor tenant also reported not having any issues except squirrels. We strongly recommend placing all trash in cans that lids can be tightly placed on. I also recommend ceiling up some of the possible entry points from the exterior. I attac
