Nick from Green Pest Control recently came to my home to address a mouse issue, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness throughout the entire visit. He was courteous and communicative, notifying me in advance of his arrival time. Upon entering the home, he took care to wear protective shoe coverings, which I greatly appreciated as it showed respect for my home. Nick carefully moved the stove to locate and seal the entry point where the mice were getting in, using proper materials to ensure the problem was addressed effectively. He also inspected and cleaned areas around and inside the stove to ensure there were no remaining pests. In addition, Nick checked all traps in the basement and conducted a comprehensive inspection to make sure the issue was fully resolved. I have a significant fear of mice, and Nick was incredibly patient and understanding. After hearing my concerns, he willingly returned to the kitchen area to double-check everything, ensuring nothing was overlooked and giving me much-needed peace of mind. He also took the time to educate me on how and why mice enter homes and provided helpful preventative advice. Together, we agreed on a proactive plan to install in the spring time additional exterior bait stations to discourage pests during the winter months. Nick’s professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend Nick and Green Pest Control to anyone needing reliable and thorough pest control services.
