First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property and barn for Termites during today’s visit and termite damage was found in several areas throughout the basement of the home and a couple around door frames of the barn. Then I installed all 19 Termite stations around the property and 27 around the barn were need to always have active protection against Termites. Next I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire basement of the home as a preventative for all general pest. Then I added seven MBS interior throughout the basement along the Sills and 10 MBS interior throughout the barn entry ways to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I removed all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property and barn, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a couple of wasp nest issues were noticed during today's service but I treated and removed all.
