Hello! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for cockroaches and general pests. Upon arrival, we spoke about seeing oriental and wood cockroaches outside of home and some nymphs made their way inside. You showed me a sample. I believe it may be a wood cockroaches outside nymph. I started today’s treatment by removing visible and accessible cobwebs from exterior of home and installing termite monitors to 4-corners of home. Then I treated exterior perimeter and around accessible window and door frames with a liquid residual for cockroaches and general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. Good afternoon is a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium pest control initial service. You reported mouse activity in the kitchen, a little bit in the living area, but definitely in the crawlspace. I placed rodent stations in both crawlspace, the laundry room, and one in the attic to kill control rodents.. I inspected for any entry points the entry point is the third crawlspace opening from the exterior the window frame is rotted out and has big openings that need to be filled or repaired. I placed a large rodent station right in front of the opening to deter rodents from entering the home. I dusted the exterior of the home for any visible cobwebs. I removed a small wasp nest on the back of the home above the back door and treated the area. I treated the exterior of the home with the liquid residual for general insect control. Today I completed your quarterly premium pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. And per your concern for cicada killers nesting around front step by lamppost and by curb those areas were treated as well, no cicada killers were seen. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Hello Teresa! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I performed a visual inspection of your interior and we both noticed mice droppings in the closet and I found more droppings in the crawl space. No activity was found in the attic. I did another visual inspection of the exterior of the house and found two entry points. I placed mini bait stations inside the closet and crawl space. I also placed to large bait stations by the entry points I found on the exterior. I then took down cobwebs and spider webs from your windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. I placed down four termination monitors on the four corners of your house. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests.
