Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium pest control quarterly service. You reported a wasp up in the attic and some mods in the crawlspace. I inspected the attic and did not find any nesting. The wasp may have been a one off. I treated the crawlspace with a liquid residual for spiders mods in general insect control. I replaced the glue traps in the crawlspace. I advised that the clothing malls are in something that has natural fibers like a wool rug or books. The source has to be found. Hello! Today I completed your Premium Pest initial service for mice. Upon arrival, we spoke about seeing mice activity around range, fridge, and garage. During my inspection, I found some mice droppings under range and a gap between wall and floor boards. I installed copper mesh to gap behind range. I installed 4 interior bait stations in home: 2 on either side of garage door 1 back right of range 1 left side of fridge If looking at garage from outside, bottom left of garage door has a possible entry point for rodents that I would recommend getting repaired. Please give us a call to schedule a 2-week follow up to inspect all bait stations. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. I removed the big box from upstairs and kept the ones in the basement. I inspected the exterior rodent stations. The one toward the front by the trash cans had minimal activity. The rest had no activity. As we get further into services, we may remove some exterior stations as four is too excessive when there is no activity.
