Today I completed your quarterly premium pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. And per your concern for cicada killers nesting around front step by lamppost and by curb those areas were treated as well, no cicada killers were seen. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Hello Teresa! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I performed a visual inspection of your interior and we both noticed mice droppings in the closet and I found more droppings in the crawl space. No activity was found in the attic. I did another visual inspection of the exterior of the house and found two entry points. I placed mini bait stations inside the closet and crawl space. I also placed to large bait stations by the entry points I found on the exterior. I then took down cobwebs and spider webs from your windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. I placed down four termination monitors on the four corners of your house. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium pest control quarterly service. You reported a wasp up in the attic and some mods in the crawlspace. I inspected the attic and did not find any nesting. The wasp may have been a one off. I treated the crawlspace with a liquid residual for spiders mods in general insect control. I replaced the glue traps in the crawlspace. I advised that the clothing malls are in something that has natural fibers like a wool rug or books. The source has to be found.
