Thank you for choosing Green pest solutions. This is CJ and I stopped by for an initial service that included : A check for cobwebs, wasp, or bee activity . Installation of rodent bait stations. A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home . An inspection of the interior . Unfinished basement has a very large crawlspace with many pipes and cables running through it leading into the rest of the house. This provides mice plenty of access throughout the home. Bait station placed in each corner of the basement. Damp basement could attract water seeking insects placed monitoring boards. Mouse droppings throughout HVAC closet on second floor. Bait station placed to the right side of the closet door. Otherwise No obvious issues. An inspection of the exterior : Old steps in the back of the house under the deck. Good afternoon Miss Sylvia, this is CJ and I stopped by for your quarterly today. You are currently having a lot of house work done and it’s bad time to be spraying anything around the property. I swept the area for any stinging insect or ant activity. And I replenish your bait station, which showed heavy rodent activity. You said after the work being done on the basement is finished, you will call to reschedule an interior and exterior service. We’ll see a real soon !

Mouse bait stations in laundry room to monitor crawlspace and above window. One under kitchen sink. An inspection of the exterior . Lots of ant activity all around. Gel bait and granular bait were used to control ant trails going up the porch to second floor, up the wall beside the ac condenser, and all throughout the wood pile in back. One rodent bait station was placed behind gate door. Please give today’s treatment about 10 days to see if it’s best results . We will come back in 30 days to check on all monitoring and adjust treatment as needed .
Good morning Rhonda It was nice to meet you and as you know, my name is Chris and today I came to do your pest control service. After speaking with you, I came inside and I checked all the rodent stations in the utility room, crawlspace area, and there was no activity on any of them however there was a deceased mouse in a snap trap, which I removed from your property I checked all the areas that we sealed from a previous visit and they were still sealed. I also checked behind the stove and it was sealed. Then I treated all the rooms along the baseboards with liquid residual material and once this was complete, and then I went outside and treated all areas of the exterior with liquid residual material, I checked the rodent stations which had no activity, but I replaced the bait anyway so now they’re ready for any mice that may come their way and last I removed all the webs and spider activity from the façade with my web tool.If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free

I checked and refilled the exterior bait stations due to moderate feeding activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation around windows and doors of the home for general and seasonal pest control. I checked and refilled the interior and exterior bait stations due to heavy feeding activity. I placed two interior bait stations, one in the kitchen and one in your sister‘s room to help mitigate mouse activity. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior of the home for general and seasonal pest control.
