It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I checked any exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home. Heavy feeding observed. Replaced bait accordingly. I also added one more large station to the rear side of garage. I inspected for any possible entry points. I strongly recommend removing the overgrown ivy against the home as well as the debris against home at rear of home. (By condenser, above door, utility room, right basement window) A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home . Installation of termite bait stations . Liquid treatment to baseboards of bedrooms and bathrooms, perimeter of living, to control for carpet beetle activity. An inspection of the interior: Reports of carpet beetles piling up in windows. Noticed some dedicated beetles in corners. Beetle issue was discovered throughout the whole house during large scale house cleaning. Logistically, the entire house cannot be treated at once. They showed moderate signs of activity, so I removed the old bait ,and placed fresh bait into those stations, so we can continue monitoring for rodent activity. Finally, I applied a liquid treatment around the exterior foundation and to the exterior trim of your doors and windows, this treatment will prevent pests from entering at these points, the liquid treatment is a slow acting repellent and may require up to two weeks to be fully effective. Good morning Marissa CJ I provided quarterly service and mouse service call. Inspecting the exterior of the home I found holes along the utility lines going into the front of home. I packed these with copper mesh to block mice from entering. Inspecting the first floor, I found the bait station in the storage area untouched, and I moved it to the fuse box, which is closer to the utility lines coming into the home. Directly upstairs in the kitchen behind the stove is an inch wide gap between the floor and wall. You reported that this is the area the family sees mice running out of. You had already lined this gap with a glue trap and caught a mouse already. But evidence of mice running between the traps, as well as under them, means that they know these boards are unsafe and learned to avoid them. There were droppings under the sink and a hole in the wall behind the pipes leading under the sink. I noticed droppings behind the refrigerator and microwave, so I added a bait station behind each and under the sink. I found a couple entry points that was able to plug up with copper mesh near the basement door. In the basement I took a few pictures that need to be patched up and I’ll upload everything and I did text you them for the landlord as well. I added a bait station in the ceiling hole, above fuse box and one by the basement door. I plugged up a hole by the basement door on the interior and two exterior by the door. I applied a liquid treatment throughout the basement and the access panel on the second floor bathroom . I provided an exterior liquid treatment to the foundation of the home, swept for cobwebs, invaded for ant trails in the back of the home . Give today’s treatments 10 days to see their best results.
