Good morning Ethel It was very nice to meet you and as you know, my name is Chris and I am going to complete your initial pest control service today starting inside. First I inspected your kitchen and I did find a large hole behind the stove and continuing behind your dishwasher. You actually provided large gap spray foam and in combination with copper stuff stuff at mesh and I sealed up these. Openings to prevent pest entry. After that, I added rodent stations to the following locations. One behind your stove, one under your kitchen sink, one behind your dining room, white shelving unit, moving to the basement. I added one in the storage room, one into the restroom under the toilet in the basement, one on either side of your garage door in the basement, and I also applied material to void areas in the ceiling of the basement where applicable. I added glue traps in the basement to select locations also. I finally sprayed all the floors and all the rooms along the baseboards with
Good afternoon today I was here for your pest initial service. I inspected both units for entry points which I noticed multiple gap spaces under neath the heaters installed in both units. I highly recommend spray foam or getting gap spaces cosmetically filled. I placed copper mesh in multiple gap space and areas to slow or block mouse activity. I placed 3 snap traps under the 1st floor tenant’s stove and another by the the heater next to the dining room table. I placed two snap traps under the sink in the 2nd floor tenants home. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I checked the termite bait pack in the crawl space. Heavy/active feeding still occurring.
