Afternoon, My name is Ahmad, today I completed your pest control service. I first started by knocking down any Cobb webs or old wasps nests from around your home. Then, I applied a liquid application around exterior foundations, doors, windowsills, and under siding. This application will help to control any ants and Fall/Winter invaders. Exterior bait station showed heavy activity, I replenished with fresh bait. All termite monitors showed no activity, Please allow 2 weeks for full effect of treatment. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (9) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. I will return in 10 days to install the rest of the stations. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this time period is normal and should be expected. I applied a liquid residual around the interior of the home to all beds, couches, baseboards, bed frames, closets, and dressers. I also treated the framing of the dog cots. I recommend removing the bedding and washing it before being used by the dogs. For the follow up visit, I recommend having all personal items removed from side tables, around fireplace, and off radiators. Good afternoon my name is Matt and I’ve completed your quarterly pest service. I started in your kitchen. I applied several drops of ant bait jell along your top window sill behind the sink. next I checked your mouse bait station under the stove, and there was no activity. The other mouse bait station on the first floor also showed no activity. Then I went to the basement to check the mouse bait stations down there. No activity in those. Then I came outside to check the two exterior stations. The one on the left side showed no activity the one on the right by the basketball court showed moderate activity.
