Today I completed your complete pest control service. I started off by inspecting the interior and exterior of your home. Termite damage was found by the back on the home around the window frames. A liquid residual application was applied to the exterior around all outside windows, doorways, and crack and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. I then installed 15 stations on the outside perimeter. This will help prevent and eliminate termites. Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. All areas of concern were inspected and treated. I applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors including the ants. I the spot treated the crawl space and the garage front and back door as requested. I then installed four termite monitors on the outside of your home. We will monitor for activity moving forward. A granular was applied to the garden bed where possible carpenter ants were spotted. Good afternoon. Today I completed your sentricon termite bait station treatment. Upon arrival Mr. Explained seeing termite swarmers in the living room. He showed me a picture on his phone which appears to be indeed termite swarmers. I inspected the rest of the home and I’m happy to report I don’t find any active termite activity at this time. No mud tubes of any sort inside the home. On the exterior, I installed 14 sentricon stations around the perimeter of the home. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I spoke to the customer she requested a spot treatment in the attic bedroom for insect prevention. I then applied a different liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, garage, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. Both rodent bait stations were inspected and replenished there was moderate activity. I also, placed a glue trap in the attic bedroom to help up monitor for insect activity in the future. Lastly, I knocked down all visible cobwebs outside. Please allow 10-14 days to see best results.
