Good morning Liz It was very nice to meet you and your family and as you know, my name is Chris and today I completed your initial pest control service starting inside your home and after thoroughly inspecting it, I added rodent stations to the void on the third floor and to under select radiatorsone in your kitchen under your kitchen sink, six in your basement along the sill plates, two in your detached garage and then on the outside I added three large rodent stations. One is in the front behind the air conditioner and one is in the back to the left of the basement steps. The third one is at the entry of your detached garage. I also added four termite monitors stations around the immediate house one per corner. These stations all will be checked every service. Last I treated the exterior with liquid residual material. Good afternoon, Katie After speaking with you, I did return or I did come to the location at 1 PM and first I checked the rodent station in the dumpster area and there was absolutely no activity which means no mice no rodents in that vicinity or on the exterior which is a good thing. I went into the café and I did check and replace all the glue traps throughout. There was no activity on them however wet crushed so I just replaced them all. I checked all the rodent stations and there was no activity in any of the rodent stations which is also a good thing which means no mice have been visiting you at all. Now you had a lot of customers present, and I opted not to spray with my spray can liquid residual inside. There were also lots of customers outside, so I spoke with your management and stated that I pass by this location early in the morning like all the time. Good afternoon, Katie It was very nice to meet you and your coworkers. That said my name is Chris and today I completed your initial pest control service starting inside. I added glue traps to under your white boxed seats along the wall and also to under the counters and sink area behind the counter and other strategic locations. These will be used to to catch any insects that might come crawling. Next I added two small rodent stations for mice one under the sink and one under the rear counter just as a precautionary measure just in case you were to get mice inside. I also treated the perimeter inside of all areas of the restaurant, including the seating area, the restrooms and behind the counter in the bar area. Once that was completed, I moved outside and I treated both sides of your location with liquid residual material design for the exterior. Please allow 14 days for this material to agitate and eliminate all seasonal pest all insect pests. I also added one rodent stati
Inspected the location and did locate the entry point along the roof line in the back by a skylight. Directly treated the entry point with liquid residual material. Explained to customer expectations and buy tomorrow morning. This nest should be pretty much eliminated however please allow up to 14 days for the material to agitate and eliminate them 100%.
