Good morning. It was a pleasure speaking with you and your wife. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I inspected the interior and exterior for possible termite activity and found none at this time. I inspected the workout area of concern where the was noticeable carpenter ant activity. I noticed a gap in the back corner where the wall and the brick meets near the sliding door (see picture), and also a couple openings on the other sliding door where it looks like the baseboard might have been broken. Getting these openings sealed will greatly reduce the chance of any pests from entering your home. I also applied a non repellent treatment to the interior baseboards of the workout room and along the left side wall in the kitchen targeting carpenter ants and other general pests. While inspecting the exterior I have two large holes where both of the ac lines enter the house (see pictures). Getting these openings sealed will also greatly reduce the chance of rod
