Good morning. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of basement, enclosed patio and shed. I applied a similar solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims of home and shed. This is targeting ants, spiders and other general pests that may try to enter. I inspected the interior mouse bait station in basement showing no activity, the exterior station behind AC unit shows moderate activity and the station behind the shed showed little to no activity. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I also removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves.
