Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations in utility room and garage showing minimal activity on front right corner of garage. The exterior bait station near AC unit showed heavy activity. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims targeting ants and other general pests that may try to enter. I also applied a residual solution to the perimeter of front porch where clover mites were reported. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
