Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your initial pest inspection and treatment. No flea activity observed during today’s visit. I applied a liquid residual solution along baseboards throughout home, including light treatment over area rugs. Ants observed trailing near foundation in back of home. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims where accessible. This will target ants, spiders and another general pests trying to enter. Visible cobwebs removed from home as well. I recommend removing debris and overgrowth along the foundation. This is a conducive condition that can cause pest harborage and increase activity. I also recommend trimming back other vegetation making direct contact with Home. This can provide pest with a way to bypass treatments. For any other pest concerns feel free to contact the office.
