On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Inspected termite monitors and no activity at this time. I replaced a damaged termite monitor. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished all exterior rodent bait stations (light feeding). Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. Mrs mentioned no issues inside. I started off inspecting the exterior. Noticed vegetation touching the side and front of the home. Recommend trimming it back at least 1 foot to reduce the chances of insects and rodents entering the home. I then inspected and replenished the exterior bait station which had heavy feeding all bait was gone. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests.
