Hello, it was nice meeting you this afternoon! Today I completed your premium plus pest initial service for carpenter bees and wasps. Upon inspection, I found a mud dauber nest in light above front door and a wasp nest to top right of garage door. I saw some carpenter bees hovering around eaves of homes, but only found 1 burrow to front eaves of homes. I treated into carpenter bee burrow with a liquid residual. I removed visible cobwebs from exterior of home using my webster pole and installed termite monitors to 4 corners of home. I also treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. I applied an ant gel to cracks and crevices around window trim and baseboards in kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. I also treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for ants. I saw a dead mouse on a snap trap. All other traps had no activity. I placed rodent bait stations along the silk plate to help with mice control. I then inspected the kitchen. I observed mice droppings under the cabinet sink. I placed a station in there as well. No other issues in the kitchen at this time. I then headed to the guest house basement. I saw mice droppings in the crawlspace. I placed station in the crawlspace. I also placed station on the sill plate on the top left corner. On the exterior, no termites at this time.
