Fortunately, I was able to locate multiple entry points, which I pointed out to you. These areas will need to be sealed with spray foam sealant to help deter rodents from moving into the home. I also placed two large rodent bait stations near the entry points to help. Eliminate the rodents by feeding prior to moving into the home. I also applied a liquid treatment in the entire exterior perimeter. This will help eliminate and control any seasonal insects that may arise. I did notice your neighbors trees were infested with lantern flies, which is primarily the reason you have so many lancer flies on your foundation. I would recommend talking to your neighbor about the issue. I also treated the basement for rodents and general insects.
