Finally made the call after putting up with everything from mice to spiders for 20 plus years. Tried to get rid of them my self and did ok for short periods of time and the bugs and mice would come back bigger ,better, faster, more. After the initial treatment from Eric who is a pro at was he does I have to say I should have made the call years ago. I know every situation is different and pests greatly outnumber us but I am really impressed that I have not seen any bugs other than one ant that was stumbling around because his world was just rocked, and again this was from one initial treatment. I look forward to the future being practically pest free. Nice to deal with real professional.

Kevin was very professional and did a great job. My issue is with the office for not giving us advance notice of several day that he was coming and if we would be home. As it was, we had just gotten home from a funeral and we were able to allow him to get into our garage to spray for spiders and check our bate boxes. This has been an ongoing problem. We would appreciate several days notification so we can call to reschedule or make arrangements to have someone open our Grage.

I refilled the bait as needed. I applied a liquid treatment to the baseboards in the garage targeting spiders. I checked the termite monitors and found no signs of activity at this time. I also applied a separate liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home. Please allow one to two weeks for treatment to take effect.
