Henry Black is the best technician I’ve had the pleasure to know. He knows the area extremely well, knows how to deal with the array of pests we’ve had from mice, to cicada killer wasps and everything in between. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had the same service person, Henry, for some time and never had any trouble. He knew our issues and where there were problems. Although Frank did a good job, it is frustrating that we have issues that we thought were resolved years ago. If Henry had retired, I would understand but they merely changed his route and I am ready to cancel as we seem to have a different person each time now. Bring Henry back to my route.

I removed the old bait and put fresh bait inside. I also inspected all of the bait in your interior rodent control devices that you left out by the garage. I removed all the old bait and put fresh bait inside. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution around the entire exterior foundation of your home also around your deck, where I found many Boxelder bugs treated for them as well. Also, around your shed and inside your shed was treated with a different liquid non-repellent solution. Please allow two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
