Just received really great service from Wayne Brockington at Green Pest Solutions!! We had carpenter bee issues. Wayne was so throrough, explaining the cause and how he would treat, and he went out of his way to treat the areas of wood on our house where bees were living several times. He even proactively found a bee hive on other side of house and took it down and treated it. This really put my family at ease taking care of this bee situation. Wayne proactively helped to provide treatment in my workspace area in our basement, our garage, and other areas of our house we requested. We had the same service person, Henry, for some time and never had any trouble. He knew our issues and where there were problems. Although Frank did a good job, it is frustrating that we have issues that we thought were resolved years ago. If Henry had retired, I would understand but they merely changed his route and I am ready to cancel as we seem to have a different person each time now. Bring Henry back to my route.

I refilled all rodent stations and saw heavy activity. As such, I completed your initial pest service and inspection for your commercial restaurant. I applied a non repellent solution around the interior perimeter of your store at the baseboard level as well as the windows and doors targeting roaches and general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I installed 6 glue traps with 5 in each food prep area and one in the bathroom. It is recommended to deep clean under and behind all the shelves and other kitchen equipment. I also found openings at the bottom of the front and back doors.
