Just received really great service from Wayne Brockington at Green Pest Solutions!! We had carpenter bee issues. Wayne was so throrough, explaining the cause and how he would treat, and he went out of his way to treat the areas of wood on our house where bees were living several times. He even proactively found a bee hive on other side of house and took it down and treated it. This really put my family at ease taking care of this bee situation. Wayne proactively helped to provide treatment in my workspace area in our basement, our garage, and other areas of our house we requested. It is a please to work with people in general that want to help and they can solve problems - Wayne has a great attitude, he fixed our issues, he was pleasant to interact to, and we are very pleased with his support and his company’s as well.

Henry Black is the best technician I’ve had the pleasure to know. He knows the area extremely well, knows how to deal with the array of pests we’ve had from mice, to cicada killer wasps and everything in between. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had the same service person, Henry, for some time and never had any trouble. He knew our issues and where there were problems. Although Frank did a good job, it is frustrating that we have issues that we thought were resolved years ago. If Henry had retired, I would understand but they merely changed his route and I am ready to cancel as we seem to have a different person each time now. Bring Henry back to my route.

Good afternoon I completed your service today. I inspected around the kitchen and washroom and found a few ants crawling around. I treated these areas with a liquid residual for ants. I placed an ant bait station by the kitchen sink. I placed a drop of ant gel in the kitchen and one in the laundry room. Good afternoon this is David with Green Pest Solutions. It was nice speaking with you. I completed your quarterly pest service and annual termite inspection. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent bait station and found light activity. I checked the 2 interior rodent bait stations in the garage and 4 interior rodent bait stations in the basement/crawlspace and found moderate activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. I checked the termite bait stations and found no activity at this time. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches.
