Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. I found rodent activity in most rooms of the home. I placed 9 mouse bait stations throughout the home. Under the kitchen sink and inside one of the bedrooms I placed copper mesh in holes to stop entry from rodents. Outside I inspected and found 7 different holes to plug. I than plugged them with copper mesh. I spotted the right garage door seal is not perfect. I recommend replacing or fixing it. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I placed 2 rodent bait stations outside the home to monitor exterior rodent activity. I placed 4 termite monitors around the home to monitor termite activity. I place five interior mice bait stations. One behind the stove. One behind the refrigerator. One next to the gap door in the basement. Two on the raptors in the basement. I gave the the customer in apartment 1905. Some glue boards. Due to her husband was sick at the moment. I couldn’t service them. I place an exterior mice bait station in the rear of the home. Good morning I completed your initial service today. I started by crawling under the back deck and into the crawlspace. During my exploration, I found one dead rat and one dead mouse. The mouse looks like it has been dead for a while. The rat may have died within the past couple days. I removed the rat and placed bait in the crawlspace. I did not see any signs of a nest under the porch or in the crawlspace. There is one area in the crawlspace that they could be using as a nest. It is far more likely that if there is a nest it is under the shed. I placed a large bait station next to the shed and one next to the back deck. During my interior inspection, I looked around for carpenter ants and could not see any at this time. I still placed ant bait gel by the basement door and by the living room door. I also placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are to help us monitor for future termite activity. Please allow at least two weeks for the treatments full effect. As a
