I inspected your termite monitors and found no activity at this time I removed any paper wasp nests and mud tubes on the exterior of the property. I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid non-repellent solution, targeting ant, spiders, and other general pests. Please allow two weeks for the treatment to take full effect. Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I did an interior treatment in the basement, garage, and first floor bathroom to stop invading spiders in their tracks. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait stations and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Lastly, I spot treated the ant colony nest under the stone in the front yard and surrounded it with bait. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting around the kitchen and bathroom areas. I did not see any ants around the kitchen or the babies highchair. I was able to treat around the kitchen and behind the play pen. I checked inside of the attic and treated where I could. I placed a bait gel in the bathroom medicine cabinet, the kitchen windowsill, and under the heat vent behind the baby’s highchair. During my exterior inspection, I found and removed a mud dobber nest on the back door. I treated around all exterior windows and doorways with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. The last thing I did was to place for termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are to help us monitor for future termite activity.
