Good afternoon this is David with Green Pest Solutions. It was nice meeting you. I completed your initial pest service and inspection. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. I applied a non repellent solution to accessible areas in the kitchen and adjacent bathroom targeting roaches. I also applied roach gel bait under the kitchen sink, the backsplash, and under the microwave. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with these treatments. I installed one exterior rodent bait station near the air conditioner unit at the back of the house. I installed 3 interior rodent bait stations. One in the attic near the access hatch and 2 in the basement by the HVAC system on the floor and in the ceiling.
