Hello. Today I completed your Pest initial service. I installed four termite monitors on the corners of your home. I checked the exterior for entry points and found two in two of your AC lines. I recommend getting those sealed as soon as possible. I found the yellow jacket activity outside the kitchen window. I sprayed with a non-repellent liquid solution targeting yellow jackets. Please allow five days for the treatment to take full effect. If you’re still seeing activity after five days, please call for a follow up. I inspected the interior and found rodent activity in your kitchen, attic, and basement. I placed interior stations in the attic, in the kitchen under the sink and stove, and two in the basement, one by the sewage pipe, one by the furnace. Hello today, I completed your Pest initial service. I placed four termite monitors at the corners of your home. Upon inspecting the property, I found multiple entry points for mice. There was a gap in the AC unit line, the gap underneath the door leading to the bilco doors, and the gaps in the garage doors. I used copper mesh as a temporary seal on the AC unit line. I recommend getting the other gap sealed as soon as possible. I found the yellow jacket activity to the right of your door.
