Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exteriors of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a yellow jacket nest was noticed during today's service but we applied a treatment to the area to eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next we inspected both exterior RBS and there was minimal activity but we placed fresh bait in the station as needed. Last we inspected all exterior termite stations and no signs of termite activity were observed during time of visit. Please allow 10-14 days for the materials to take full affect.
