Good afternoon I was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. The home is brand new to you and you wanted treatment for mice. I inspected around the home for termite activity. I will email the office and they will contact you with the next steps. There was none on the home, but there was termite activity all underneath the shed. I placed rodent stations in the home in the kitchen, basement garage and attic. These will kill and control the rodents that may have gotten into the home. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home monitor for any termites that may come near the home and will be checked at every quarterly service. Next we inspected both exterior RBS and there was minimal activity but we placed fresh bait in the station as needed. Per your concern for springtails in areas of your home, a liquid residual treatment was applied throughout home on baseboards. This includes throughout basement, crawlspaces, garage, and 1st floor. Another treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter of home for seasonal insects. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. An aerosol was applied to deck where carpenter bees had been nesting. Please allow up to 2 weeks to see a decrease in activity. 2 large rodent bait stations were placed on the exterior sides of home. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control. Initial service. I inspected the home for any termite activity. There was none at this time. The home has not had any termite issues in the past. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. They will be checked every quarterly service for termite activity. The main concern was the ants in the foyer in the security alarm keypad. I used a nontoxic ant bait to treat them. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. I dusted the exterior for visible cobwebs as best as I could with the weather. I am trying to schedule a follow up for next week in the afternoon to treat the exterior with a liquid residual. if this day and time is not possible, I will have the office call.
