Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control. Initial service. I inspected the home for any termite activity. There was none at this time. The home has not had any termite issues in the past. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. They will be checked every quarterly service for termite activity. The main concern was the ants in the foyer in the security alarm keypad. I used a nontoxic ant bait to treat them. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. I dusted the exterior for visible cobwebs as best as I could with the weather. I am trying to schedule a follow up for next week in the afternoon to treat the exterior with a liquid residual. if this day and time is not possible, I will have the office call. First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for Termites and no signs of termite activity was found around the exterior or interior during today’s visit. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I spoke to the customer there are no concerns inside the home at the moment. A liquid residual application was applied around all outside windows, doorways, sheds, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. I also, inspected and replenished both rodent bait stations outside there was moderate activity. Lastly, all visible cobwebs were knocked down on the exterior. Allow 10-14 days to see best results.
