After my inspection, I determined to place six mouse bait stations on the interior of your home. Two in the garage. Three in the basement. (1 in the sill plate over top of the hot water heater, another in the sill plate over top of the sump pump, and another on the floor. I also placed another one upstairs in the room with the HVAC. I also placed two large rodent stations on the exterior of your home. And I replenished the existing one that was already on the exterior. I also installed for termite monitoring stations as we discussed. Additionally, I removed all spiderwebs from the exterior and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pest.
