Some old damage visible in the basement rafters but no active issues found. I drilled and installed 30 sentricon termite control stations around the exterior perimeter of the house. We will monitor this system annually. I also installed a large rodent bait station in the side exterior for mice control. Treated around the sunroom with a granular carpenter ant bait.
