I inspected the interior and exterior and found termite swarmer and mud tubes in the basement. You’ve agreed with the recommendation to upgrade to complete test service which will be completed on the 19th. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. I used a non-repellent liquid residual treatment directly to the hole in the gutter line where the yellow jackets were nesting. This treatment will eradicate the nest without pushing them into the home. I placed two glue monitors in the garage to monitor pest activity. I applied a liquid residual treatment in the garage for General pest control, focusing on spiders and crickets. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, eaves,the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for General and seasonal pest control.
