Based on excellent (and very recent) reviews that emphasized their customer service and responsiveness, we contacted Green Pest to help us with hornets that had made a nest inside the shingles of our house. After answering a few questions and providing us with a detail of the charges, an appointment was made. Even though we were given a 2 hr window for his arrival, Anthony texted us to give us a heads up when he was an hour away. When he arrived, he examined the issue, knew exactly what need to be done and treated the problem area and the full foundation of our house. He was professional, pleasant and explained his actions in an easy to understand way. Since we contracted for the annual service, he also explained the follow-up for this problem and visits moving forward.
