Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I started by inspecting pantry in basement finding mouse droppings under shelves in left corner and inside basket. Mice also chewed through bag of flour inside pantry. I inspected the interior bait stations above doorway to pantry, on window ledge in storage area and on right side of garage door all showing heavy activity. The exterior station outside of garage also shows heavy activity. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I added additional interior stations in pantry under shelves and on the left side of garage doors. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. Carefully avoiding personal items, flowering plants and garden back I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims.
