Good afternoon. Today I performed your initial service for mice. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of activity or damage. Set up monitors on the corners of the building. Reno was any webs and a few wasp nests from the exterior. Treated the entire exterior perimeter with a liquid residual for ants, spiders as well as general pests. I also set up two large rodent bait stations on the rear of the building and garage for rodent control. On the interior I set up MbS bait stations and traps in the basement rafters, kitchen, closets and attic. No other issues found. Please report if mice activity continues after a few weeks.
