Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with carpenter bees. I observed heavy carpenter bee nesting mainly near the front left side eaves of the house. I then inspected the rest of the home. No issues to report. Also inspected for termite activity. I am happy to report no termites at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Also spot treated around all eaves of the home for carpenter bee nesting. I also removed an old paper wasp nests by the front window. Finally all visible cobwebs were removed from all doors and windows. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect.
