Good morning, I completed your quarterly pest control service today. Inspected interior rodent bait stations and found little to no activity. Replaced bait as needed. Added a small bait station in the garage. Removed any cobwebs from around your house. I treated exterior perimeter, around windows and doors with liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Inspected exterior rodent bait station and refilled with new bait due to being empty. Also, moved bait station to right side of house by ac unit and added 1 more large bait station by the electric meter. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for full effect. Inspected exterior termite monitoring stations and found no activity. Did replaced 1 that was missing. If you have any questions, concerns, or if you see any activity please give us a call. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. If any interior issues arise please give the office a call. Hello, today I serviced the building for ants. I placed gel bait in the area near the front counter and applied a liquid treatment along the baseboards. Outside I placed a granular ant bait in the garden beds. I checked all glue traps and found minimal activity. No bait was eaten in the basement. I also applied a liquid treatment to the foundation outside. I will have to return to fill the bait stations outside. I will let the office know to schedule a follow up for me to fill these.
