Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the door but no one answered. I started off inspecting the exterior, no issues to report at this time. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. If any interior issues arise please give the office a call. Hello, today I serviced the building for ants. I placed gel bait in the area near the front counter and applied a liquid treatment along the baseboards. Outside I placed a granular ant bait in the garden beds. I checked all glue traps and found minimal activity. No bait was eaten in the basement. I also applied a liquid treatment to the foundation outside. I will have to return to fill the bait stations outside. I will let the office know to schedule a follow up for me to fill these.
