Keith was patient and calm while I got my rambunctious GSD back in the house. He gave chemical drying time so I could be sure when safe to let her out again. Won't know how effective treatment may be just yet.

Good morning Shirley. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with ants. You mentioned seeing a lot of ants in the kitchen by your refrigerator. I applied a gel bait along the counter trimming by the refrigerator on both sides. I also placed ant bait arenas on both sides of the refrigerator. Please don’t be alarmed if you see an increase in ant activity, this is normal. Ants are social and will call the colony to the bait. Also please don’t kill any ants that you may see, we need them to carry the bait back to the colony. On the exterior, I removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. I saw a gap between the AC lines going into the home. I plugged it with copper mesh. I applied a liquid application to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. After an inspection of the 3 buildings on property it was determined mice have been living throughout, while it’s been empty for a year. 13 mouse bait stations were placed throughout the 3 buildings. In home they are in living room, kitchen, by fireplace, in utility rooms, basement, and bathroom. 3 were placed in detached garage, and 1 in smaller garage. 4 larger rodent bait stations were placed on the exteriors of each building.(2 on home) These stations are in place to control and monitor any small rodent activity, some of the small stations inside main home will be removed as we get ahead of the issue, and as you remodel. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs and wasp nests on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were placed on the exterior of home(1 was placed on corner of detached garage by spiral staircase).
