Keith was patient and calm while I got my rambunctious GSD back in the house. He gave chemical drying time so I could be sure when safe to let her out again. Won't know how effective treatment may be just yet.

Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. No current interior issues. I started off inspecting the exterior and removing all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. No issues to report. All rodent bait stations had light feeding, I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I started off inspecting the basement where you showed me a yellow jacket nest far deep along the sill plates. On the exterior, I inspected for termites. I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I then spot treated along the back wall where the yellow jackets were flying in and out of. Good morning. Today I completed your one time service for yellow jackets. Upon arrival you showed me heavy yellow jacket activity near the eaves on the side of the house. I saw the entry point a hole on the siding. I applied a liquid treatment to the entry point. I also treated the entry point on the side door at the top of the steps. I didn’t find any other nests around the property at this time. Please avoid the area for a few days. The yellow jackets are agitated and will sting. Good afternoon. Today I completed your one time service for general pest control. I started off inspecting the kitchen and living rooms. I didn’t see any issue or active ants at this time. Mrs mentioned seeing them here and there but no consistent. In the basement I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter for general pest control. I see a dehumidifier which is a good tool to help combat insects. On the exterior. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. You had existing rodent bait stations which I have a key for. Both stations were empty so I refilled both stations with bait for rodent control. There were no other exterior issues at this time. Good morning Doug. Today I completed your complete 1 sentricon termite upgrade. I installed (10) sentricon bait stations around the perimeter of the home. I added an extra station under the deck since that is where the termite swarmers were discovered. These stations get checked annual and they are automatically scheduled. Please allow up to 90 days for the termites to start feeding on the bait. Once feeding occurs, the termites will start to dissipate. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions. Have a great day!
