Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed visible cobwebs within reach from doorways, windows and eaves. I inspected the termite monitoring stations all showing no activity. I also replenished the exterior rodent bait station showing moderate activity. Carefully avoiding personal items I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is targeting spiders, ants and other general pests trying to enter this time of year. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
