Good afternoon, it was nice speaking with you today! I completed your quarterly service today. I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. I sprinkled some granular bait for ants around trees, shrubs, and under the deck where activity was found. I also used an ant gel bait on the side of the house ants were trailing. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect.
