Quoted me a price over the phone and I agreed. They said it was a quarterly service and I would be charged accordingly. I signed an agreement that was very ambiguous when it cam to how they charged. I didn't think anything of it because I had a similar package with them years before. Well, they started charging me monthly what I expected to be quarterly. When I called them to discuss, they were difficult about it. I told them I would have NEVER agreed to monthly charges. I waited for their management team to review and they never got back to me - they just submitted to collections. Total scam artists!
