Good afternoon. My name is Mark Ray. It was a pleasure meeting you today. I was at your home today to perform your initial premium service. After my inspection, I determined to install five mouse bait stations throughout your home. One behind the stove, another under the dishwasher. One behind the couch in the living room. One in the closet in the bedroom, which is at the top of the stairs. Another in the basement up in the ceiling right in front of the washer and dryer. I also installed a large rodent bait station on the exterior in the rear of your home. Additionally, I removed all spiderwebs from the exterior and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from our general pest. We will follow up with service again in 30 days. After which, we will service you on a quarterly basis. We ask that after each quarterly visit that you please allow 10 to 14 days for desi
