Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I placed carpenter ant bait around the home to prevent the large black ants entering the home. I checked the rodent bait stations and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly.
