I applied a non repellent treatment to the interior baseboards and windows of the basement and the entirety of both apartments to target ants, spiders, and other general pests. I would advise the tenant in 58B to keep the cat food tightly sealed and put away so that it doesn’t become a food source for pests. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results of today’s treatment.
