Today I completed your initial service. Inspection did find any termites. I installed 4 termite monitors outside near the corners of home. I placed outside 1 large rodent bait station near rear deck and 7 mouse bait stations inside home ( 2 garage/ 2 kitchen (sink/refrigerator) and 3 in unfinished basement sill.
