I had the pleasure of having Carlos out to service our property today. We had been struggling to curtail an ant infestation that seemingly had taken over the entire house and barn. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about the types of ants we had (he explained that there were actually several types present) and the most effective way to get rid of them. He came in the house and allowed me to show him all the areas where I kept finding them, and treated every single spot. He then went outside and did a thorough treatment of the exterior, including doors and window frames. He was so fastidious about the actions he was taking to remedy our issues. Carlos is not just “doing his job”. He genuinely cares about the tasks at hand and the people associated with them. I loved hearing his exclamations of joy coming from outside when he identified and eliminated one of the major ant colonies. He is not just a great technician. He is a wonderful, caring, loving person. I had never met Carlos before an hour ago, but we instantly hit it off like we were old friends. His personality and demeanor are unparalleled. I told him that we had been going through some rough times lately with our son who is fighting cancer. Carlos commiserated with me and expressed examples of some of the things he has gone though in life. He reminded me of how resilient we can be, and that he would keep our son in his prayers. I can’t tell you how much I respect and appreciate that. Sometimes we feel so alone, like no one in the world could possibly know what we are going through… and then along comes Carlos. The kindness and respect he showed me today brought happiness into what had been an otherwise sad day. There really are not enough words in the English language for me to properly communicate how incredibly wonderful Carlos is. He said he had only started working for Green Pest this year; please keep him around forever! He is a great representative of Green Pest Solutions, and had so many wonderful things to say about the company. The world truly needs more people like Carlos. Thank you, Carlos. Even if we never meet again, I will always remember the way you aided and supported me today. You not only took care of my pest problems, you brought light into my life. I was blessed to meet you today. I thank you sincerely!
